This is a great way to spice up soy sauce. We use it in Asian cooking and we also use it in our homemade beef jerky recipe. Simply take 10 ounces of soy sauce and add 4 sliced Serrano chili peppers (be sure to wear rubber gloves if you are not used to working with hot peppers and avoid touching your face for a while too). Seal container, we use a mason jar, and store in the refrigerator. It is usually best at least two weeks later.
