Homemade Chili Seasoning.

Why spend $1.50 on a little packet of chili seasoning when you can use the seasonings in your cupboard to make your own! I purchase all of my spices in bulk which is much less expensive and much fresher than purchasing the little plastic containers of them.

You can store this in an air tight container for a month, if it makes it that long without being used!

Homemade Chili Seasoning.

4 T chili powder

2 T granulated garlic

1 T granulated onion

2 T whole dried oregano, crushed

1 T paprika (smoked if you have it)

2 t cumin

1 t thyme

1/8 – 1/4 t cayenne

Mix to combine.
