Harvest Update.

New recipes coming this week that will use what we have on hand. Today we were able to harvest a purple kohlrabi, beet greens (from thinning), all kinds of greens, rainbow chard, radishes, and some carrot greens. We have a lot more on the verge. I also preserved some parsley…that stuff is prolific, grows so much faster than I can use it!

Potatoes are looking strong, garlic is starting to bud and so are the onions. Broccoli is crowning and the cabbage looks like it is going to start making cabbages soon. Oh and the quinoa is starting to look really strong. Sorry so short, been out of town all week, but I will get something up soon!

Take a look at the time progression on this purple kohlrabi. The one at the end with the radishes is from today!
