Vodka Coolers: Cucumber and Blackberry.

This is my new favorite cocktail. Ever since making our Blackberry Puree, I cannot stop making these for cocktail hour!




pint glass



4 slices of cucumber

2 t natural sugar

2 t blackberry puree


2 oz vodka

tonic water

Muddle cucumber, sugar, and puree in a shaker with 2-3 ice cubes. Add vodka and shake. Fill pint glass with ice and strain vodka mixture into it. Add tonic to fill glass. Garnish if you wish with fresh blackberries and cucumber slices.
