It is not the prettiest gnocchi, but it sure tasted good. 1 lb potatoes, baked, skins removed and mashed finely. Mixed with 1/4 t kosher salt, 1 beaten egg, 1/3 flour. Kneaded and rolled out. Cut and boiled, then sauteed with veg.
